Plan A:

•Each claim furfilled contains a deductible fee (for operating over-head, variable costs)
•Must provide Name, License Plate # and/or Citation number prepared
depending on which city you live when filing a claim
Plan B:
•Monthly payment to maintain coverage until expiration
•Each claim made increase if ticket is over $15.00
•Can make one claim a month excluding the last month of expiration
