• Customers must file claim by notifying toll-free number within 96 hrs after issuance or on website within 4 days of ticket issuance by entering name, date, city, license plate and citation number
• Customer must notify within 4 days of issuance if decision to appeal ticket, if appeal fails must notify company in writing immediately to pay ticket
• In some locations, if failure to notify ticket, would get automatically paid after 4th day on behalf of client
• Each claim contains a $5.00 deductible fee (for operating over-head, variable costs) with $1 increase each additional claim
• Account must maintain $25 or more at all times, if account falls below company gives the customer a 7 days notice by e-mail to replenish account. If failure to respond within the specified time limit account automatically refunded on a refund scale
• If coverage is extended for next term, refunds will be put towards renewed coverage
• Minimum, to register must have coverage for at least one semester or 4 months
• Maximum, may have coverage up to 1 year or 12 months
• At registration, must deposit at least $30.00 to set up account and a maximum of $1,000.00 during any term
• Additional coverage before expiration is free for first 100 applicants
• Additional coverage in same semester $2.75
• If monies withdrawn from account before expiration there is a fee of $15.00
• Refunds are subject to a transaction fee of $3.75 at time of expiration
• If account is replenished at time of expiration, transaction fee
